At The Local Pickle, we are more than a Premier Indoor Pickleball Facility; we are a common space for all ages, families, and communities to come together — forging new friendships, strengthening existing ones, and fostering business and professional relationships. [Become A Member](https://thelocalpickle.com/memberships?hsLang=en) ## Meet The # OWNERS ![](https://thelocalpickle.com/hs-fs/hubfs/owners%201.png?width=990&height=1320&name=owners%201.png) #### Powered by Family, Fueled by Pickleball. Nancy and John Herbst, passionate owners of The Local Pickle, discovered their love for pickleball after moving to Hilton Head six years ago with their grandson. Nancy, an experienced business owner, and John, still working full-time, recognized the need for indoor pickleball and envisioned a welcoming space for all ages, with a special focus on youth development through programs like the Youth Academy. Their commitment to the sport and community is reflected throughout The Local Pickle — from top-tier courts to the family-run café led by Nancy’s sister, Shannan Baiocchetti — creating a warm, inviting hub for players and visitors alike. ## Meet the PROS ###### [![](https://thelocalpickle.com/hs-fs/hubfs/nancy.jpg?width=1080&height=1080&name=nancy.jpg) Nancy Herbst CEO & Instructor](https://thelocalpickle.com/nancy-herbst?hsLang=en) ###### [![Andrew-1](https://thelocalpickle.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Andrew-1.jpg?width=2000&height=2000&name=Andrew-1.jpg) Andrew Aycock Pickleball Pro](https://thelocalpickle.com/andrew-aycock?hsLang=en) ###### [![Head Shot Bradley](https://thelocalpickle.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Head%20Shot%20Bradley.jpg?width=752&height=752&name=Head%20Shot%20Bradley.jpg) Bradley Morse Pickleball Pro](https://thelocalpickle.com/bradley-morse?hsLang=en) ###### [![Head Shot Maddie](https://thelocalpickle.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Head%20Shot%20Maddie.jpg?width=789&height=789&name=Head%20Shot%20Maddie.jpg) Maddie Philips Pickleball Pro](https://thelocalpickle.com/maddie-philips?hsLang=en) ## Join The Team Passionate about pickleball and helping others grow on and off the court?
