Nancy Herbst brings a strong blend of leadership, experience, and community spirit to The Local Pickle. Originally from Connecticut, she and her family moved to the area in 2018, where she quickly fell in love with the game of pickleball.
An active member of the local pickleball scene, Nancy regularly plays in both recreational games and competitive tournaments, earning medals at the 4.0 level. She is also a certified instructor through the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR), reflecting her deep commitment to the sport and player development.
Nancy is passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where players of all levels can grow, connect, and have fun. As both CEO and instructor, she’s excited to help lead The Local Pickle and its community forward.
